A signing full of errors or an incomplete one can cost a mortgage officer a rate lock, a buyer to miss a close of escrow or give everyone involved a migraine. That is why I don't miss any dates, initials, or signatures and I actually guide your borrowers through all the important docs. I am an impartial notary, but not an uneducated notary. Don't worry if you have a provident signing, we both know how meticulous they are about dates being beyond neat.  I know who I need to call if there is a typo on the loan docs. I'm not picky about appointment times and I am also fluent in Spanish. I am based in the Tampa Bay area and am willing to travel across the state along the I-75 and I-4 corridor. I have an office in Tampa if the client prefers to come to me.
